SorcererCon Room Rates:

Rooms can have either one single bed (either a King or Queen size mattress) or two (Twin size mattress) beds in a room.

 

The Rate for SorcererCon is based on the number of individuals staying in the room for one night:

• If only one Person is staying in the room the rate will be $85.00 per night

• If two people are sharing in the room, the rate is still only $85.00 per night

• If three people are sharing the room, the rate will be $95.00 per night

• If four people are sharing the room, the rate will be $105.00 per night.

Special Note: There is a tax of 10.074% plus a 4% CCFD (Convention Center Facilities District) tax and a $2.00 per night Hotel Business Improvement assessment fee.

 

Parking Fees:

• For each room night one vehicle (assigned to a room) will be given free parking.

 

Wi-Fi Fees:

• For each room night the hotel is offering free Wi-Fi for each guest of the room.

• Cancellation are accepted without fee up to 72 hours prior to the start of SorcererCon

• A fee will be charged if the cancellation happens within 72 hours of the start of the SorcererCon.

• If cancellation happens within 72 hours, the first night charge will be assessed.

• If you leave before the end of the reservation dates, you will be charged $50.00 for 'early' departure fee.
